The Leaders Group CELEBRATES 37 YEARS OF TRAVEL DONE RIGHT

Jenkintown, PA, May 2009 – The Leaders Group Travel celebrates 37 years today with a rich history, founded by the love of traveling the globe. 

Harry Kabo, celebrated WWII war hero and successful Philadelphia construction owner, envisioned helping others enjoy traveling the world as much as he did. Mr. Kabo started Get-A-Way Travel, Inc. in 1972 and grew the primarily leisure travel agency into a multimillion-dollar vacation marketplace. Later establishing GTI Travel, Get-A-Way’s business travel division, the division would then join Travel Leaders Travel.

In 2005, The Leaders Group Travel Management was formed when four top Mid-Atlantic travel agencies joined forces, one being GTI Travel. With offices and affiliations throughout the United States, The Leaders Group presently serves over 500 corporate clients.
